We provide one-on-one consulting sessions for medical students, patients and families, and healthcare professionals. All services are delivered virtually as specified.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received via Stripe or other accepted payment methods.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

• You may reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late rescheduling or cancellations may forfeit the session fee.

• No-shows will not be refunded.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to participate in sessions in a timely manner.

• You are responsible for providing a suitable environment for virtual sessions (e.g., quiet space, stable internet).

• Confidentiality is expected during sessions; recording or sharing content without permission is prohibited.

We respect your privacy and will keep your information confidential, except as required by law or as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are for informational and support purposes only and do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
