No Refund Policy

All payments made for appointments, consultations, or services scheduled through our platform are non-refundable. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

We do not issue refunds for:

• Missed appointments

• Last-minute cancellations

• Change of mind or scheduling conflicts

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, you may do so at least 24 hours in advance via the rescheduling link provided in your confirmation email.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be declined and will not qualify for a refund.
